Website Development Expert to Support Existing Ecommerce Website

We need an experienced website development expert to support the ongoing development of an existing ecommerce website (multi-vendor marketplace). The site is approximately 80% complete and we need help with the remaining work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review the current build (frontend and backend) and map it against business requirements
- Advise on best features and functionality to enhance productivity
- Backend optimization for multi-vendor marketplace (vendor onboarding, commissions/payouts, catalog and order management, notifications, reports)
- Admin and vendor dashboard improvements (key metrics, workflows, permissions, reports, notifications)
- UI/UX improvements for better synchronization and alignment
- Theme recommendations and implementation strategy
- Advise on online available themes and pricing
- Ensure responsive design across all devices
