Customer Booking Workflow



The customer should be able to:

Select from a number of service packages



Customize the package by:

- Adding additional coverage hours

- Selecting add-on hours and services, if any

- Viewing the updated price in real time

- Select the date of their event and check availability

- Enter the event location

- Enter: Business or personal event name/type

If Business - business name and address, first and last name, email, and phone number of the person in charge

If personal - First and last name, address, email, and phone number

- Enter any special requests or event details

- Schedule a pre-event 30-minute consultation by selecting an available date and time

- Review their booking

- Pay securely online

- Receive an automatic confirmation email with all booking details



Admin Features

The administrator should be able to:

- Create and edit service packages

- Set package pricing- Configure add-on services

- Configure pricing for additional hours

- Manage consultation availability

- View and manage bookings

- Receive email notifications for new bookings

- Export booking information if needed



Payment

The system should support secure online payment.
