we intend to create a link-based question system consisting of a mix of multiple-choice questions and short descriptive answers. The requirement is as follows:
* Approximately 3 question sets per subject
* Total 6 to 8 subjects
* Each set accessible through a separate link

Additionally, we require:
1. A feedback collection link for participants after completion.
2. A participants information form to collect details such as:
* Name
* Date of Birth
* Passport / COC Number
* Photo upload

These details will be used for certificate preparation. Kindly provide your best quotation along with the expected development timeline, assuming we will provide the question sets, feedback format, and other required details from our end.
