Event Ticketing System Development

I’m looking for a developer who can deliver a complete event-ticket management platform—from planning to deployment. The system will manage event tickets only and must include the following core features:

• Interactive seat selection with real-time availability updates
• Mobile ticketing (wallet-ready QR or bar-code passes)
• Automated event reminders by email and push/SMS
• A secure user dashboard where buyers can view, transfer, or re-download tickets
• Stripe integration for payments, refunds, and recurring payouts to organizers

To fit our flow, the solution should be responsive, optimized for high-traffic launches, and built on a stack that is easy to maintain (Laravel, Node.js, Django, or a comparable framework—your recommendation is welcome). Clean code, clear documentation, and a staging link for acceptance testing are must-haves.

Deliverables expected:
1. Fully functional web app with admin and user portals
2. Database schema and seed data for demo events
3. Stripe keys configured in test and live modes
4. Deployment guide and post-launch support window
