Event Planner & Vendor Matchmaking Site
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
As the client, I am seeking an adept, focused and creative web developer to design a sophisticated and interactive website. The core purpose of the website is to connect event planners with event vendors, creating a seamless interface for all users involved.
Key features of the website include:
- Event vendor and planner profiles, showcasing their services, past projects and areas of expertise.
- An intuitive messaging system to facilitate clear and efficient communication between parties.
- A 3-tiered membership system for vendors (Basic, Premium, and Gold), providing varying levels of service and benefits.
- An Affiliate program to promote our services and draw new users.
- A comprehensive, custom-designed dashboard for each type of user.
- All vendors, such as caterers or food truck operators, to create 2 types of profiles(short versions and extensive), add their menu/prices/items, and manage their offerings independently.
- Data analytics must be create to maximize the search categories/subs and other uses.
Additionally, the website must host a range of API integrations, including but not limited to:
- Secure payment gateways for transactions to occur with peace of mind.
- Social media integrations to enhance profile depth and connectivity.
- Functioning scheduling tools enabling organizers and vendors to arrange appointments directly through the site.
- Systems for state-by-state taxation.
- Messaging integration to streamline communication.
Finally, it is imperative that your work encompasses thorough website testing, ensuring that all functionalities, links and integrations are not just operational, but optimized.
The successful freelancer will have experience in the above areas and will demonstrate an understanding and commitment to the project's objectives. They will also need to be capable of creating engaging content, demos and videos, preparing a sitemap and establishing social media accounts.
After completion, full transfer of coding onto the domain name is required. Throughout the project process, there may be additions and amendments to the tasks outlined above - I'm seeking someone who can adapt and collaborate as required.

I require a custom solution built from scratch using Next.js or a similar framework and we do not want use WordPress for this project.
A dynamic quick quote system will be integrated, where clients can answer a questionnaire, and their responses will be transformed into a user-friendly form for vendors to submit quotes. This streamlined process will enhance user experience and efficiency.
Clients and vendors will have the ability to submit appointments to each other seamlessly, facilitating communication and bookings.
The website will feature four distinct dashboards (Admin, Clients, Vendors, Affiliates) to manage various aspects of your platform efficiently.
'Secure API intergrations and API payment integrations will be implemented to facilitate transactions. Paypal, ID verifications, Escrow, QuickBooks API integration will also be added for financial and other types of management.
If you are selected as the web dev team or person(s) then you will be tasked with constructing a website from the ground up, basically to the coding, creating the website from scratch. The images, icon, buttons, graphics all need to come from one website so there is no intellectual, copy, infringements or other possible disputes. Revisions or changes are expected to done by the web dev team or person(s) until the approvals are made by us or myself. The web dev team will include everything that is asked for including revisions, changes or out of scope needs to make the website successful, complete and functional. At times, some methods, API integrations, functionalities, graphics, icons, buttons, images, set up arrangements(developments) might not work, need to be altered, added, or remove, this will be completed by the web dev team or person(s) within the agree price of the milestones. As the buyer(us or myself) might approve anything throughout the project, the approvals might not be construe the output as final. The transferring of the project needs to be moved to the domain of choice to assess the incomplete/completed work, and essential components. Any dissatisfactions, costs, ineffective process, lack of communications with the web dev designs or any other kind developments can be outsourced (to another professionals of my choice) if deemed necessary at any point, for any reason, which then the milestones is exempt, remove from the milestone payment arrangements. Each milestone is considered a separate transaction, payments, work(milestones) are not to be done ahead of time unless the previous milestone is considered completed, however the completed still me need to redone, revised, or additional work at anytime to make sure the workflow is functional or other needs.
- A sitemap (define as algorithms, processes, workflows, etc) will be created by the web dev team and they will be fully responsible for the process to make sure that they following the guidelines of these creations to assure the milestones are user friendly, simplified, and are adaptable to revisions. Sitemaps made by outside professional(s) can be added or combined to help the web dev team with the process anytime.
- Outlines(define as web content, web graphics, or etc) will be created by the web dev team and they will be fully responsible for the process to make sure that they following the guidelines of these creations to assure the milestones are user friendly, simplified, and are adaptable to revisions. Outlines made by outside professional(s) can be added or combined to help the web dev team with the process anytime.
- Testing by the web dev team is needed once the website uploaded, this will ensure that the website and its coding and etc is made to be a turnkey operation.
If at anytime, I am dissatisfied with the incomplete work, lack of communications, delays, or etc then a separation fee of $0-1 will be allowed for the project to be dissolved.
