Estimation Tool

This tool is to help companies to build roadmaps with pre-established parameters. The tool should be user-friendly and interactive. The tool will be based on user permissions. The roadmap will have version history of the roadmap. The tool should be able to calculate how long a project will last, show dependencies between multiple teams. I need somebody that will develop it and also develop the branding.
