Description:

I am developing a financial platform that acts as a secure bridge between Financiers (individuals providing funds) and Investors (business owners/developers needing capital). The platform is not a traditional bank, but rather an investment escrow & risk guarantee service.

The first stage is a website + basic platform (MVP) that explains our model and allows onboarding of users. Eventually, the platform will handle deposits, contracts, and dashboards.

Scope of Work (Stage 1 – MVP):

Landing Page / Marketing Site
Professional, trust-building design.
Separate sections: For Financiers / For Investors.
Simple explainer graphics (I’ll provide content).
User Onboarding / Registration
Two types of accounts: Financier and Investor.
Secure login with email verification.
Profile setup (basic details, KYC placeholders).
Document Center
Ability to upload/download agreements (PDFs, Word).
Admin (me) can upload the Master Agreement and individual project docs.
Fund Flow Simulation (Phase 1 Placeholder)
For MVP: no real payment processing yet.
Just dashboards showing “Funds Pledged,” “Funds in Escrow,” “Funds Released.”

I can manage users, approve Investors, and track mock transactions.
Future Add-ons (Phase 2 – optional, later):

Integration with payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, crypto).
