Add Country List in Job Posting
A country list needs to be added in the job posting section.
Company Name for Internal Team
A new field should be added to allow the internal team to add the company name.
Salary Format – Annually/Monthly/Hourly
The salary field should support selection between annually, monthly, or hourly. The fee calculation formula should work accordingly.
Compensation Details Field
Currently, if anything is typed into the Compensation Details field, it’s not visible to the recruiter. This issue needs to be fixed.
Fixed Amount Fee Structure
Admin should be able to increase or decrease the fixed platform fee. Currently, it's 40% by default. Admin should be able to set it between 10% to 80%.
Currency Support
All global currencies should be added to the currency field.
Recruiter View – Commission Percentage
The commission percentage currently appears on the first page for recruiters. This needs to be removed from their view.
Resume Upload – Additional File Support
Add an option for recruiters to upload an additional file along with the resume, such as a cover letter or consent proof. Supported file formats: DOC/PDF/JPG.
Internal Team – Job View Section
Currently, the internal team has to scroll sideways to view the job section. Either add a horizontal scroll button at the top or reformat it to fit on a single page without scrolling.
