I'm seeking assistance to complete the code for an interactive map that is already built using JavaScript. The map is designed to engage users through interaction, and I need to add a few key features to enhance its functionality.

Key Requirements:
- Implement a search bar where users can manually type in keywords to create a search query.
- When a news article headline contains a keyword from the search query, the corresponding state on the map should flash red to draw attention.
- Add a "View All Stories" button that, when clicked, displays all rotating headlines in a list format.
- Create a reduced view mode where no stories are visible until a specific state is clicked, at which point the news for that state is revealed.
