Admin Panel & Website Integration Requirements



1. Objective

This phase is strictly integration and enhancement only.

- Do not rebuild or refactor existing systems.

- Do not modify current business logic unless explicitly approved.

- Existing workflows must remain fully functional and unchanged.

This work focuses on connecting systems and improving operational visibility.



2. Existing System Protection (DO NOT MODIFY)

The following modules must remain unchanged:

- Email Notifications

- Invoice System

- User Accounts

- Roles & Permissions

- Admin Features

- Business Rules & Logic

Rule: No modification to existing workflows without written approval.



3. Required Integrations

Website → Admin Panel (Lead Capture Sync)

Every booking submitted on the website must automatically appear in the admin panel.

Captured Fields:

- Package Selected

- Full Name

- Email

- Contact Number

- City

- Car Model

- Vehicle Year

- Lead Source (UTM tracking)



4. Packages Module (Read-Only Extension)

Maintain current package logic.

Admin visibility only:

- Selected Package

- Package Price

- Package History



5. Invoice System (No Logic Changes)

Maintain existing invoice generation process.

Admin capabilities:

- View invoice

- Download invoice

- Search invoices

- Link invoices to customer profiles



6. User Privacy & Access Control

Implement strict role-based access:

- Customers: only own data visible

- Staff: limited to roles

- Inspectors: only assigned jobs

Requirement: No unrestricted customer data exposure.



7. Lead Workflow System
