Enhance Existing WordPress Site

I need a skilled WordPress developer to add several functionalities to my existing website.

Requirements:
- Add a Contact Form with reCAPTCHA to prevent spam.
- Automatically send a PDF document upon form completion.
- Create a dedicated landing page for Google and Facebook Ads.
- Implement a newsletter subscription feature.
