I am looking for a motivated individual who loves both technology and communication. The ideal candidate is curious about programming, enjoys discussing technical concepts, and can clearly explain ideas in English. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their development skills while actively participating in project discussions, interviews, and tech conversations.

You will collaborate with a small team, contribute to coding tasks, and help guide discussions around software solutions, project architecture, and technology choices.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team on software development tasks
- Participate in technical discussions, project planning, and knowledge sharing
- Explain programming concepts, solutions, and project progress clearly in English
- Conduct informal interviews, discussions, or knowledge sessions as needed
- Troubleshoot, test, and assist in coding tasks as required

Requirements:
- Strong desire to learn and grow in software development
- Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable speaking and explaining ideas
- Curiosity about programming, frameworks, and technology trends
- Self-motivated and proactive in contributing to discussions and tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Preferred Attributes:
- Background or interest in web/software development (JavaScript, Python, Node.js, AI, etc.)
- Comfortable talking about technology, interviewing, or teaching concepts to others
- From Latin American countries (preferred but not mandatory)
