WordPress Website Enhancement & Feature Development – Scope of Work

We are looking for a WordPress web developer to assist with a multi-page website audit, layout fixes, and the development of several new functional pages. The site is content-driven and membership-oriented, with future scalability in mind.

Please review the scope below and indicate feasibility, recommended plugins or custom development approach, estimated timeline, and any technical constraints upfront.

1. Website Audit & UI/UX Fixes

Objective:
Improve visual consistency, layout alignment, and responsiveness across the website.

Scope:
• Audit all existing pages across desktop, tablet, and mobile views
• Fix alignment issues, spacing inconsistencies, and layout irregularities
• Address mobile responsiveness problems (e.g. logo or elements appearing misaligned)
• Ensure consistent typography, padding, margins, and section spacing
• Review header, footer, and navigation behavior across breakpoints

Outcome:
A clean, consistent, mobile-friendly website with no visible layout or responsiveness issues.

2. Services Page

Objective:
Create a centralized Services page that showcases all programs, offerings, and future services.

Requirements:
• Develop a new Services page acting as a hub for multiple programs
• Each program should include:
• Program title
• Short description
• Details or inclusions
• Call-to-action (e.g. Learn More / Register)
• Page layout should be scalable to accommodate new programs in the future

Payment Integration:
• Explore direct checkout integration using a Philippine-based payment gateway
• If full API integration is not feasible, propose the most practical alternative (checkout link, embedded payment, etc.)

3. Directory (Tiered, Paid Access)

Objective:
Develop a paid directory with tiered listings, user profiles, and subscription management.

Core Features:
• Public supplier directory page with two tiers:
• Premium Tier (displayed first)
• Standard Tier (displayed below)
• Each supplier listing includes:
• Company profile
• Associated user account
• Annual subscription model with:
• Start date and expiry
• Renewal options
• Ability to register for multiple years

Payment & Logic:
• Checkout integrated with the same payment gateway
• Successful payment activates listing and sets expiry
• Expired listings should automatically lose active status

Please advise on:
• Best technical approach (plugins vs custom build)
• Subscription and expiry automation feasibility

4. RFQ / Matchmaking Page

Objective:
Create a simple lead-generation page that connects users with verified suppliers.

Page Content:
• Short explainer describing how users can submit requirements or RFQs
• Link to the supplier directory page

Contact Form Requirements:
• Full Name
• Company Name (optional)
• Position (optional)
• Email Address
• Contact Number
• Type of Supplier or Service Required
• Specific Request / Details

Form submissions should be sent to an admin email and be exportable for tracking.

5. Membership Information Page Enhancement

Objective:
Improve clarity around membership types, benefits, and application flow.

Requirements:
• Add a comparison table explaining different membership categories
• Clearly describe:
• Guest or interim members
• Individual members
• Company-paid members
• Partner / affiliate members
• Include a perks section outlining benefits such as:
• Event access
• Discounts
• Exclusive resources
• Official identification
• Add a contact form for membership applications
• Include a subsection directing relevant users to the Supplier Directory page
