Engaging Content Animations & Sections

Job ID: 40377964

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I have a detailed specification document (doc) ready. I need a highly skilled frontend developer to replicate specific high-end Webflow animations (from Finsweet reference sites) into our WordPress environment.
The Task:
Apart from some simple basic page adjustments,We are upgrading our custom development service pages. You need to implement several dynamic UI sections based on our reference links, including:
An infinite scrolling, monochrome-to-color hover logo ticker (Tech Stack).
Scroll-triggered text and layout reveals.
Clean, professional layout cloning with specific text/logo replacements.
The "Tools vs. Code" Rule:
I am strictly results-oriented. The dynamic effects must be 100% identical to the reference sites.
You CAN use custom CSS (Keyframes/Transitions), vanilla JavaScript, or industry-standard animation libraries like GSAP.
You CAN use advanced builder features (e.g., Elementor Motion Effects) IF it achieves the exact same silky-smooth result.

You CANNOT use incompatible external tools (like Rive), sloppy iframe embeds, or automated site-ripping tools that inject bloated, dead code. The final output must be clean and fully functional within our CMS.
Please note: My request is not for original development, but for UI component cloning (Component Cloning).
I have provided the reference page of Finsweet, and you need to replicate its HTML structure, CSS layout, and all animation logic exactly 1:1.
The text and images in my document are already prepared, and you just need to fill them in.
Animation part: Do not ask me to use any external export tools. Implement it directly in the code layer using CSS (Transition/Keyframes) or JS (GSAP), ensuring it is completely consistent with the reference site (speed, damping effect, trigger points).
There are four stages of the task. This is the first stage. Ensure to complete one stage per day. You need to work on weekends because my task is urgent. Thank you.

The entire task involves approximately 15 block modifications. The budget I have provided is 8 to 10 working hours. Those that can achieve 100% restoration are welcome to participate.
