End to End Recruitment Portal

Job ID: 40383724

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I want to launch a web-based recruitment portal that seamlessly serves three distinct user groups—job seekers, employers, and recruiters—inside one unified platform. The core workflow should revolve around searchable job listings, rich profile creation and management for every role, and an application-tracking pipeline that lets each participant see real-time status updates.

Secure yet convenient access is essential. The system must support traditional email-and-password sign-up, popular social log-ins (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.), plus enterprise-grade single sign-on using SAML or OIDC so larger clients can connect their identity providers without friction.

Beyond the public-facing features, I need an administrative console to moderate listings, manage user roles, and pull basic analytics. A clean REST or GraphQL API that mirrors all major functions will keep future mobile or partner integrations simple.

Please plan to deliver:
• Interactive wireframes or mock-ups for the main flows
• Normalized database schema and ERD
• Fully implemented authentication/authorization layer
• Source code in a Git repository with clear setup instructions
• Deployment scripts or Docker files suitable for AWS, Azure, or similar cloud hosting

Acceptance criteria
1. Job seekers can register, complete a profile, search/filter jobs, and apply—each submission updating status immediately.
2. Employers can create openings, review applicants, move them through defined hiring stages, and message candidates inside the portal.
3. Recruiters can oversee multiple employer accounts from a single dashboard.
4. All three authentication options—email/password, social, and SSO—work reliably and issue secure JWT sessions.
5. The live site meets basic OWASP Top-10 security checks and loads in under two seconds on desktop.

If you have past ATS, career site, or HR tech experience, please include links or brief case studies. I’m aiming for a six-to-eight-week build and am open to discussing the tech stack you feel most confident shipping on—React, Vue, Angular, or even a full Django or Laravel solution are all possibilities. Let me know your approach, milestones, and any initial questions so we can get moving.
