Employee Proctored Quiz Dashboard
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
The goal is to spin up a secure, web-based quiz dashboard that my employees can use for mandatory training and certification checks. Everything must run smoothly inside a modern browser and scale to a few hundred concurrent test-takers without hiccups.
Core requirements
• Real-time proctoring – live video stream, AI face-match or similar, plus a reviewer console so supervisors can flag suspicious behaviour while the session is underway.
• Automated grading – single- and multiple-choice questions should be scored the moment a quiz is submitted, with instant feedback pushed to the employee’s dashboard and a results export (CSV/JSON) for HR.
• Question randomization – each participant receives a unique order and selection of questions pulled from a tagged item bank, ensuring the assessment remains fair and secure.
A clean admin panel is needed for me to upload questions, set time limits, schedule windows, and pull performance reports. Authentication will rely on our existing SSO (OAuth2), so factor that into the flow.

1. The tech stack you prefer and why (e.g., React + Node, Laravel + Vue, Django, etc.).
2. Your approach to the proctoring component—camera access, bandwidth optimisation, privacy safeguards.
3. Milestones, with an estimated timeline from kick-off to production readiness.
