Elementor Pro Wordpress Developer from FIGMA or Adobe XD Website design files

We have lots of projects/work ongoing… looking for someone who can help us with developing sites for WordPress, using Elementor Pro (we'll supply license). Looking for a high level of design - pixel perfect from Adobe XD / Figma designs.
1/ Please list the best websites you have developed (no more than 5). Particularly interested in sites with full-page navigation.
2/ Please suggest your per hour rate in £.
