Elegant Eco-Cosmetics E-Commerce Build/website
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to launch a green-minded cosmetics brand online and need a full website built from the ground up. The visual direction is elegant and organic while still conveying our eco-friendly ethos, so the design should balance refined typography and a rich palette with subtle natural accents.
Scope of pages
• Home – a single, impactful landing page that immediately introduces the brand.
• About Us – one page that tells our story and philosophy.
• Store – one main catalogue page plus individual product pages generated from one reusable layout for 20 initial items. A product-search bar is essential so shoppers can find shades or product types quickly.
• Our Ingredients – twenty pages built from one template, each spotlighting a core ingredient; here you’ll weave in detailed sustainability facts, third-party certifications, and engaging iconography.
• Blog – a simple, easy-to-update area where I can share articles on sustainable beauty and native plants.
Eco transparency
Each product page must display certifications and eco-labels at a glance, with expandable sections for deeper details. Icons (cruelty-free, vegan, recyclable packing, etc.) should feel integral to the design rather than bolted on.
Tech & integrations
The build should be fully responsive, SEO friendly and run on a platform that lets me update products and posts without coding—WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, or another comparable CMS are all fine as long as they support future feature growth. After launch, I’d like reliable support for bug fixes, upgrades, and integrations with Facebook, Instagram and a potential offline POS system.
Deliverables
• Complete live site with the pages above
• Admin credentials and brief training notes/video
• Documentation covering theme customisations, installed plugins/apps and how to add new products, ingredients or posts
• 30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty
When you send your proposal, please outline:
1. Your recommended tech stack and why it suits an elegant-luxury cosmetics store.
2. Timeframe from kick-off to launch, including revisions.
3. Cost broken down by milestones (design, development, testing, deployment).
4. Ongoing support options: hourly, retainer or other.
I’m based overseas, so clear communication and a dependable ticket/Slack/email system for future support are important. Looking forward to seeing how you’ll bring this eco vision to life.
