We need a website. It is a simple website where users can register, make a profile, answer survey quesitonnaires regarding their preference for an Electricity Supplier and to give a score on their current electricity supplier. The system must collect basic information, Name, age, contact details, address, city, current electricity vendor, desired electricity vendor, monthly KWH electricity consumption and monthly average electricity bill.
The administrator on the other side must have the capability to approve registrations, suspend registrations and send them marketing emails. the administrator must also have the capability of making short questionnaires about their desired electricity vendor and making a short questionnaire about the performance of their current vendor. The questions are either YES / NO and rate from 1 to 10.
The administrator must have the ability to create Retail Electricity Supplier profiles and have USERS select which supplier they are using and score their performance using the questionnaire.
There is a page in the website which is a dashboard and table where in all the Electricity Vendors of the Phlippines are ranked based on their performance answered by the users of the platform. The user can click on a Electricity Vendor and see their scores in detail and the remarks of each person that scored them. The platform needs to be able to aggregate the scores to properly rank them.
The website must have basic security features
The webstie must have the ability to upload CSV or Excel to make questionnaires or add users
