Educational Consultancy Website Build

I need a full-featured website that lets prospective students interact with my consultancy quickly and easily. The site must do three things very well:

• Student application platform – a secure area where visitors can create an account, complete multi-step application forms, upload PDFs, track status, and receive automated email updates.
• Information & resources section – an organised hub for country guides, course comparisons, blog articles, and downloadable checklists that I can update through a clean CMS.
• Consultation scheduling system – a calendar interface that shows my live availability, accepts bookings, sends confirmations/reminders, and syncs with Google Calendar.

The primary audience is students, so a modern, mobile-first design with clear calls-to-action is essential. I am open to WordPress (Elementor, Divi), Webflow, or a custom Laravel/React build as long as the admin experience is straightforward and the final product is fast, secure, and SEO-friendly.
