I’m looking to have a small, focused web project built that lets users create and edit their own playlists directly in-browser. The core of the job is straightforward website development rather than a full-scale app: a clean interface where tracks can be added, reordered, renamed, or removed, with changes stored instantly.

Here’s what I need accomplished:
• A lightweight front-end (plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript or a modern framework if you prefer) showing the playlist and its controls.
• Simple back-end logic to persist the playlist data—SQLite, Firebase, or any equally uncomplicated solution is fine as long as it keeps the project easy to deploy.
• Basic user flow: open the page, see the current playlist, click to add a new item (title + optional link), drag to reorder, click to delete. Everything should save without page refresh.
• Clear instructions on how I can run the site locally and move it to a shared host when ready.
