EdTech Website Enhancements and Paper Uploads

We are looking for a reliable developer or team to handle this project and maintain the website long-term. SEO setup will be a future project. We aim to establish a long-term working relationship with the right freelancer.

Scope of Work for this project:
1. Test Paper Upload (7 Subjects)
Upload approx.150 test papers from the provided Word document.
Ensure 100 test papers per subject (7 subjects total).
Each paper must include questions, options, answers, and solutions.

Apply correct titles, categorisation, and consistent file naming.

Verify all papers are visible, accessible, and error-free.

Create icons for all 100 test papers per subject, most of the question papers are in the back end, developer will bring it to the front end.

2. Test Completion & Feedback

Display a green tick if a student scores ≥ 60%, red tick if < 60%.

Show score, answers, and detailed explanations after test completion.

Store results in the student’s account/dashboard.

3. Dialogue Box Creation

Implement a dialogue box as per the attached screenshot.

Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Include interactive features (buttons, forms, links).

Test functionality across major browsers and devices.

4. Additional Features

CSS Enhancements: Standardise styling and ensure responsiveness.

Chatbot: Integrate AI chatbot for FAQs and navigation.

Payment Gateway: Finalise secure online payment system with receipts.

AI Writing Marking: Allow students to submit writing tasks and receive AI-generated marks, feedback, and suggestions.

5. Deliverables

Fully uploaded and accessible test papers (100 per subject).

Icons for all test papers.

Green/red tick system with marks, answers, and explanations.

Functional dialogue box.

Updated CSS for consistent site design.

Integrated chatbot.

AI writing marking feature with automated feedback.

Secure, tested payment system (to be finalised by mid-October once 90% of uploads are complete).

Fix all past errors and test the website end-to-end.

6. Timeline

Complete uploads, implementation, and testing within approximately one month.
