EdTech LMS Platform Development

I need a full-cycle learning management system on our domain, Ecodon.in, with functionality comparable to Tutedude. The platform will run three distinct roles—Student, Teacher, and Admin—each with its own dashboard and permissions.

Core scope
• Course formats: pre-recorded videos, live interactive sessions (with calendar integration and real-time chat), and text-based modules.
• Teacher workspace: upload courses, manage exams, see enrolments, grade submissions, and monitor student analytics.
• Student dashboard: clean access to all course materials plus visual progress tracking for every lesson, quiz, and assignment.
• Admin console: create or suspend users, organise categories, issue coupons, and pull site-wide reports.
• Assessments: timed quizzes, auto-graded MCQs, manual-graded assignments, and downloadable certificates on completion.
• Tech foundation: responsive web app (mobile-first), secure login/SSO, scalable database, and cloud video storage with adaptive streaming.
• Integrations: payment gateway for enrolments, email/SMS notifications, Zoom or similar for live classes, and webhook support for future CRM links.

Deliverables
1. UX-friendly, branded front end aligned with Ecodon’s colour palette and logo.
2. Fully functional back end with role-based access control.
3. Course builder, exam engine, and progress analytics modules.
4. Deployment to our hosting with staging and production environments, plus hand-over documentation and a brief walkthrough session.

Acceptance criteria
• All three roles log in and perform their designated tasks without errors.
• A test course containing video, live session link, and text lesson can be created, published, enrolled in, completed, and certified end-to-end.
• Student progress bars reflect quiz scores and lesson views in real time.
