Ecotourism Proposal Collaboration Platform

I’m building a web platform that lets freelancers, businesses, and students come together to draft, refine, and launch ecotourism project proposals. LinkedIn will sit at the heart of the sign-in flow, so users can authenticate with their existing profiles and, where relevant, pull basic data from their company pages to speed up onboarding.

Inside the workspace, a proposal builder will guide users through three ready-made templates—Environment conservation projects, Sustainable tourism initiatives, and Community involvement projects. Each template should be easy to customise, support rich-text editing, file uploads, and version history, then publish to a shared dashboard for collaborators to review.

Real-time collaboration is essential. I need an in-app messaging layer (threaded conversations, read receipts, email push if offline) coupled with notifications for mentions, edits, and partnership requests. A lightweight matching engine should also flag potential partners or investors who have opted in to hear about new ecotourism ideas, so users can grow their network without leaving the site.

I’m flexible on stack choices, but the build must be modern, secure, and scalable—think React or Vue for the front end, Node/Express or a comparable framework on the back, REST or GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL or similar for data, and a clean CI/CD pipeline. GDPR-compliant data handling, OAuth2 flow for LinkedIn, and well-commented code are non-negotiable.
