EMS customer Registraion module
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m setting up a web-based workflow so new and existing customers can create an account with a simple email-and-password sign-up and immediately book maid services online. After logging in, they should be guided through a structured sequence that captures everything I need to dispatch the right team: the type of cleaning, property size, preferred dates, and any special instructions.
To be sure nothing is missed, the requirement screen has to support:
• Form with specific questions
• File upload option (for floorplans, photos, or checklists)
• Multiple choice checkboxes for quick selections
Once the form is submitted, the system should generate a service request record that I can view from an admin dashboard, trigger confirmation emails to the customer, and flag the job as ready for scheduling. A clean, responsive UI, basic user-management controls, and a secure database setup round out the core scope.
Hand-off will include source code, brief setup documentation, and a quick run-through so I can maintain basic content or field changes myself later on.
