I'm looking to develop an **EMI Locker** application for **Android and iOS**, along with a **web-based Admin Panel**.
The app will be used by **retail mobile shop owners** who sell smartphones on EMI. If a customer fails to make an EMI payment on time, the shop owner should be able to remotely manage the device according to the configured policies.

* Lock and unlock devices remotely
* Track registered devices and their locations
* Send reminders and notifications
* View reports and dashboard analytics
## Requirements
* Experience developing secure Android and iOS applications
* Experience building an admin panel/dashboard
* Experience building an impressive user interface.
* Strong knowledge of device management and security features
* Clean, scalable, and well-documented code
* Good communication and regular project updates
## Deliverables
The selected developer must provide:
* Complete source code for the Android app
* Complete source code for the iOS app
* Complete source code for the Admin Panel
* Database files and API/backend source code
* All project files required to build and deploy the application
* Proper documentation for setup and deployment
* Knowledge transfer and guidance on the project structure so I can make future modifications or continue development independently
* No dependency on the developer after project completion; I should have full ownership of the project and source code
