I need to create a dynamic web page where rows are added one by one, each with a serial number. The page should allow for the upload of both documents and videos. Users will need to view the uploaded files directly on the page. Additionally, the web page should include functionality for users to search and filter through the uploaded files to enhance user experience.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a web page with dynamic row creation, each containing a serial number.
- It has different columns or cells with different name, atleast 10 columns
- In atleast two cells , Enable upload functionality for both documents and videos.
- Ensure users can view uploaded files directly on the page.
- Implement search and filter capabilities for uploaded files.
