Full description (ready to send)
I want a professional recruitment website for my staffing agency, similar in structure and clarity to Staffline.CO.UK, but with our own unique design and branding. The agency is based in Romania and specializes in recruiting Filipino workers for employers in European countries, so the website must communicate trust, compliance, and international experience.
The site should have a clear homepage that immediately directs two types of visitors: “I need workers” (employers) and “I’m looking for a job” (candidates). The homepage should briefly explain who we are, what types of workers we provide, in which countries we operate, and why employers and candidates should choose us. It should look modern, clean, and corporate, with strong calls to action to view jobs, request staff, or contact us.
For employers, I want a dedicated section/page that explains our services in detail: the sectors we work in, how we recruit and screen candidates, how we handle documentation and relocation, and what advantages they get by working with us (reliability, stable workforce, compliance with EU rules, etc.). This section should speak to business owners and HR managers and make it easy for them to request a consultation or quote through a form or direct contact.
For candidates (Filipino workers), I want a separate section that explains the opportunities we offer, typical job types, countries, requirements, and benefits. It should clearly describe the process: how to apply, what documents are needed, what to expect with visas, accommodation, and support. There should be simple options to apply for specific jobs or send a general application/CV.
I also want a Jobs page where we can list open positions. Candidates should be able to browse jobs and, ideally, filter by country, sector, and keywords. Each job detail page should include a job description, location, salary/benefits (if available), requirements, and a clear “Apply now” button with a form.
The site should include an About Us page that presents our company story, mission, vision, markets we serve, and any licenses or registrations we have. This page is important for building trust with both employers and candidates. It can also show key team members or partnerships.
A Contact page must include a contact form, company email, phone number, WhatsApp (if used), office address in Romania, and links to social media profiles (for example Facebook and LinkedIn). A simple embedded map is a plus. The site must be fully responsive and look good on mobile, since many users will access it from their phones.
Overall, I want a clean, fast, and professional recruitment website that follows the logical structure of a big European staffing company, but customized to my brand and focused on the route Romania–Europe for Filipino workers.
