Dynamic Real Estate Listings Site

I’m launching a web platform dedicated to showcasing both residential and commercial properties, and I need it built from the ground up. The heart of the site is a clean, searchable catalogue that lets visitors browse listings quickly and intuitively.

Core features I must see at launch:
• Photo gallery for every listing, optimised for desktop and mobile
• Interactive map that pins each property and supports zoom, street-view or directions
• Contact form on every listing, with notifications routed straight to my inbox

Beyond those essentials, the pages should load fast, look polished on phones and tablets, and be easy for me to maintain—whether you choose WordPress, Laravel, React or another well-supported stack. I’ll supply the branding assets and the initial batch of property data; you handle the design, development, testing and a short hand-over guide so I can add future listings myself.
