Dynamic Property Listings Website

I need a developer who can take my concept for a dedicated property-listings platform and turn it into a clean, responsive website that buyers and renters will actually enjoy using. The core of the job is building an intuitive listings engine—nothing agency-branded or management-oriented, just a straightforward place where users can search, browse, and dive into individual properties.

To make the site genuinely useful I want three essentials fully working on day one:
• Advanced search filters that let visitors refine by price, bedrooms, neighbourhood, and any other tag we add later.
• Interactive maps that plot each listing in real time so users can explore areas visually. Google Maps or an equivalent JS map library is fine as long as it’s smooth on mobile.
• Virtual-tour support (embedded 3D or video) so every property can showcase itself beyond static photos.

Front-end must be responsive and quick; back-end can be whatever stack you’re most productive with—Laravel, Node, Django, Ruby, it’s your call—as long as it’s well-structured and easy for another dev to maintain. SEO-friendly URLs, basic analytics hooks, and admin upload forms for new listings should all be in place before hand-off.

When you apply, point me straight to past work that proves you have shipped similar real-estate or e-commerce catalogue sites. A single link that loads quickly and shows off the search or mapping features is worth more than a long proposal.
