Drupal Theme from Existing HTML

I already have clean, responsive HTML files for a Home page and a Product-detail page and now need them packaged as a proper Drupal theme - section needed to be dynamic

Scope
• Turn the provided HTML/CSS/JS into a Drupal-compatible theme (latest stable Drupal version).
• Create or configure any templates, regions, and libraries required so the Home and Product pages render exactly like the static mock-ups.
• Set up sensible placeholders or basic content types so I can swap in real content without touching code.
