Driving Test Cancellation Finder App

We are looking to develop a mobile and web application that helps UK learner drivers find earlier practical driving test dates by monitoring DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) cancellations.

This system should allow users to register, input their driving licence details, select preferred test centres and date ranges, and then continuously search for earlier slots. Once a better date is found, it should automatically reschedule their test and send instant notifications (via email, SMS, or push).

The app should be fast, secure, and user-friendly — similar in functionality to Testi, Test Hunter, or Driving Test Cancellations 4 All.

Important Notes:
There is no official DVSA public API. You may need to build a browser automation bot that logs in and scans for test dates.

Be aware of DVSA rate limits and legal concerns (must avoid abuse or IP bans).

The system must handle errors, CAPTCHA, downtime, and timeouts.

All user data must be securely encrypted and privacy-compliant.
