AI-Driven Mixed-Use Property Listing Platform

I want to build a web-based marketplace where owners and brokers can list mixed-use properties while an integrated AI engine handles lead generation for me in the background. The moment a visitor shows interest, the system should collect and enrich the lead, trigger an automated follow-up email, tailor content recommendations to the prospect’s profile, and keep a running behavior score so I can focus on the hottest opportunities first.

Core workflow I have in mind
• Listings: searchable, filterable catalogue for commercial, residential, and combination spaces under one roof, with high-resolution media, interactive maps, and basic analytics for each listing.
• Lead generation: AI should capture traffic from the site and any connected ad campaigns, parse contact details, and push them into the CRM layer automatically.
• Nurturing: every new lead gets an immediate automated email, personalised content on subsequent visits, and continuous behaviour tracking that updates a lead-score field.
• Dashboard: single view of listing performance, lead pipeline, and marketing metrics so a non-technical user can adjust copy, budgets, or follow-up cadences without coding.

Acceptance criteria
1. A live, responsive platform populated with sample mixed-use listings.
2. AI module demonstrating real-time lead capture and enrichment.
3. Nurturing workflows showing automated email, personalised on-site content, and behaviour-based scoring.
4. Admin dashboard with edit controls and analytics.

Feel free to leverage frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Laravel for the front end and Python, Node, or a low-code platform for the AI and automation, as long as the final product is easy for me to manage.
