Donation & Awareness Nonprofit Website

I’m ready to launch a small nonprofit site whose two core purposes are clear: make it effortless for visitors to donate and inspire them through powerful storytelling that raises awareness of our cause. The site must speak to the general public, many of whom will be encountering our mission for the first time, so clarity, warmth and credibility‐building design choices are essential.

A clean homepage should quickly highlight our impact and drive people toward a secure donation flow. Please build an integrated payment solution (zeffy preferred) with custom amounts. I also need a lightweight CRM or exportable list so we can thank supporters afterward.

Because rich media is central to our outreach, include an easily updatable “Stories/Events” section where staff can embed short videos and photo slideshows without touching code.

Key deliverables
• Responsive website on WordPress, Webflow or a similarly user-friendly CMS
• Donation gateway fully tested in sandbox and live modes
• Sections ready for:
– Videos & other multimedia pieces
– Event announcements with calendar integration
• Basic SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags)
• Post-launch hand-off: written guide or short Loom walkthrough showing how to add a new video, create an event and pull donation reports
