Django E-Commerce Site Build

I need a full-featured e-commerce website developed with Django and Django REST Framework. The core objective is a stable, secure storefront that I can easily expand over time. Key elements I expect you to handle or advise on include:

• Product catalog and category management
• Shopping cart and checkout flow
• Payment gateway integration (please recommend proven Django packages)
• User account creation, login, and order history
• Mobile-responsive front-end built with either Django templates, React, or another framework you are comfortable maintaining
• Admin dashboard for inventory, orders, and basic sales reporting
• Clean, well-commented code pushed to a Git repository

I have not locked in a final visual design, so I welcome either custom UI work or adaptation of a reputable theme—whichever streamlines development without sacrificing quality.

Deliverables:
1. A fully functioning Django project running locally and deployable to a cloud host (e.g., Heroku, AWS, or DigitalOcean).
2. Setup documentation and a brief screencast or written guide showing installation, environment variables, and deployment steps.
3. A short hand-off call or chat to walk me through the codebase and admin area.
