Direct-Booking STR Website Build

I need a complete website for my short-term rental that’s purpose-built to attract bookings. The site must include a native booking engine—no third-party widgets—featuring a real-time availability calendar, secure online payments, and automated booking confirmations so guests can reserve instantly and receive immediate proof of their stay.

You’ll handle design and development while I provide photos, copy, and brand guidelines. The finished product must be mobile-first, quick to load, SEO-ready, and easy for me to update rates, blackout dates, and content through an admin dashboard.
