I’m looking to launch a straightforward e-commerce site that lets me resell both physical items and instant-download digital products from the same storefront. The core requirements are a modern, responsive layout, an intuitive back-office where I can upload, price, and track inventory for each product type, and a checkout flow that automatically handles shipping details for tangible goods while delivering download links for digital files right after purchase.

I’m looking for mern stack—as long as it’s reliable and easy for me to maintain once the build is complete. Security, speed, and clean UX are top priorities.
