Through interactive interviews, 2D floor plans, and integration with 3D environment generation APIs, the platform aims to transform the apartment buying experience into a customized, interactive journey that reflects each client’s lifestyle and preferences. The goal is to replace static physical showrooms with personalized, immersive digital experiences.
Key Features
1. Interactive Client Interview (Smart Input)
Question flow to understand user preferences (style, lifestyle, family setup, etc.)
Audio and/or text input (preferably voice messages recorded by the user)
Audio-to-text transcription using Google Speech-to-Text or a similar service integrated via Make.com
2. Floor Plan and Reference Upload
Upload floor plan (image or PDF)
Upload decor reference photos
3. 3D Environment Generation via API
Integration with Planner 5D API or Floorplanner API
Send 2D floor plan along with style and preference data

Proficiency with REST APIs, particularly those related to design or visualization
