Developer to Convert HTML/Java/CSS Forms into Web App with User Portal & Dashboard

Project:
We have existing HTML/Java/CSS forms for fashion Pattern Cards. We need these converted into a modern web app where users can:

Register/login

Access a dashboard

Create, edit, and manage pattern cards (fabrics, pieces, sketches, swatches, notes)

Export to multi-page PDF

Requirements:

Full-stack experience (React/Next.js or Vue + Node.js/Express)

Database skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

Auth (JWT/email login)

File/image upload & storage

Responsive + mobile-friendly design

Nice to have:

Stripe/payment integration (subscriptions)

Experience with Supabase, Vercel, or AWS

Prior work on form builders or design tools

Deliverables:
