Develop Three Lead-Generating Web Portals

I am seeking a skilled developer to create three web portals designed to generate leads, each hosted on different domains but with similar functionality. The portals will allow customers to search for keywords and select from three options (or all) to receive offers. We will manage Google Ads to drive traffic, and customers will enter their data to receive information about which companies will contact them (up to three).

Key Requirements:
- Develop three web portals with identical functionality but distinct content.
- Implement a lead generation form capturing name, contact details, company information, and service requirements.
- Ensure customers agree to Terms & Conditions and Data Usage (Opt-in).
- Include a blog on each site featuring SEO-optimized content and news updates.

Admin Options:
- Manage customer details, including contact information, price structures, chosen bundles, contract start and end dates, and lead agreements.
- Provide API integration options with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot for direct lead transfer.
- Offer detailed lead statistics and reporting per customer.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web development and design, with experience in lead generation systems.
- Strong understanding of SEO practices and content management for blogs.
- Experience with CRM integrations and API development.
- Familiarity with German language websites and hosting on Ionos.de.
