Develop Ecuador E-Commerce Website

I am launching an online store that will ship physical products throughout Ecuador and I need the full e-commerce site built from the ground up. Because local payment laws and consumer habits are unique, I strongly prefer working with a developer who already understands the Ecuadorian market, banking APIs and SRI tax requirements.

Core functionality
• A fast, mobile-first catalogue with an intuitive product search and filter so shoppers can quickly narrow items by brand, price and availability.
• A secure payment gateway fully integrated with major Ecuadorian banks (Banco Pichincha, Produbanco, Banco Guayaquil, etc.) and common card providers. Compliance with PCI-DSS standards is mandatory.
• Spanish-language front-end and admin interface, with the option to switch to English for future expansion.
• Automated invoices that include RUC, IVA and any other fields required by the SRI.
• Order tracking, stock management, discount codes and an easy-to-use CMS for adding new products.

Your role
Design, develop and deploy the live site, connect the payment gateway, configure basic SEO, and walk me through everyday admin tasks. I will supply branding assets, product photos and copy; you handle everything technical, from hosting advice to final QA.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional e-commerce website hosted on my chosen server.
2. Source code repository with clear commit history.
3. Documentation covering deployment steps, payment setup and routine maintenance.
4. One training session (video call) and 30 days post-launch support for bug fixes.
