Project Description
We are building Nordxpert, a smart recruitment platform that connects skilled workers with employers across borders.
Focus now: Estonia → Next year: Finland → After that: Nordic/European expansion.
The base WordPress MVP is already in progress (current freelancer delivers by end of August). After that, we need a new developer to take over, finish the MVP, and prepare it for public launch by October 15, 2025.

Goal:
Enable admins to:
See how many companies and workers are registered.
Store all company and worker data in a central database.
Archive hiring activities – tracking which workers applied or matched with which company, and who was finally hired.

Admin sees how many companies & workers are in the system
Registrations stored in DB for reporting

System prioritizes fastest workers first, but also shows those within tolerance
Result: Employers see workers sorted by availability (fastest first), but can also view those who might be available later.

Implement AI Chatbox for Nordxpert Website
Description:
We need to add a chatbox to the Nordxpert website where visitors can:
1. Ask questions and receive automated AI-based responses (FAQ, company info, services, etc.).
2. Have the option to connect directly with a human agent if the AI cannot resolve the query.
3. Allow us to manage and monitor conversations (chat history, user details, transfer between AI ↔ human).
Requirements:
• AI-powered chatbot (English, Estonian, Russian – multilingual support preferred).
• Human handover option (customer can request a human, or AI can suggest escalation).
• Dashboard for managing and tracking chats.
• Integration with email or internal system for notifications.
• Mobile-friendly and lightweight design.
Goal:
Improve customer support and engagement by automating simple questions with AI, while ensuring that customers can always reach a human when needed.
