Desktop Taxi Booking Portal

I’m building a desktop-focused taxi booking site that lets passengers reserve a ride in real time, pay instantly, and see clear driver information while giving me, as the administrator, full control over every trip, fare and profile.

Here’s what I need delivered:

• Passenger interface – a clean, desktop-optimised flow that goes from pickup/drop-off entry through live vehicle tracking on an embedded map, finishing with an on-site receipt.
• Secure payments – card processing through a recognised gateway with basic refund handling and transaction logs.
• Profiles – passengers create and manage their own accounts; drivers have public pages (photo, vehicle, rating) that I maintain from the back office.
• Admin dashboard – live trip monitor, manual booking override, driver management, fare/tax configuration, and downloadable reports.

Acceptance criteria
1. A passenger can book, pay, and follow a ride on desktop without page refreshes.
2. Completed rides appear instantly in the admin panel with full fare breakdown.
3. At least one payment sandbox shows successful and failed transactions in logs.
4. Driver data updates in the dashboard are reflected on the public profile within one refresh.
