**Hiring: Female Web Developer (Urdu Speaking)**

We are looking for a **Female Web Developer** to join our team and work on a complete digital solution for an educational institution.

**Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop the institution's official website.
* Build a secure management portal for administration.
* Implement features such as student management, staff management, attendance, fee management, announcements, and reports.
* Maintain, update, and improve the platform as needed.

**Requirements:**

* Female candidate.
* Proficiency in web development (frontend and backend).
* Experience building admin/management portals.
* Knowledge of databases and modern web technologies.
* Must be able to communicate fluently in **Urdu**, as regular discussions with the institution's owner will be in Urdu.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

**Preferred:**

* Experience with educational management systems.
* UI/UX design knowledge.
* Deployment and server management experience.
