Design Online Training Course Website

I’m ready to launch an online training program and need a designer-developer who can turn the idea into a polished, responsive site. The project centers on a course platform whose primary feature is seamless delivery of video lessons.

Here’s what I need built:

• A clean, modern interface that looks great on desktop and mobile.
• Structured course pages (module → lesson) with embedded or hosted video that streams smoothly.
• An intuitive admin area so I can upload, reorder, and update lessons without touching code.
• Secure user registration/login and basic access control to keep the content protected.
• SEO-friendly markup, fast loading times, and SSL in place before hand-off.

Interactive quizzes and discussion forums are possibilities for phase two, but right now the focus is video content. I’m open to WordPress + LMS plugins, Teachable, Kajabi, Moodle, or another stack if you can justify why it’s the best fit.
