Responsive Real Estate Website Development (Design Provided) – IDX/MLS Integration

Project Description:

Hi,
I'm looking for an experienced freelance web developer to build a modern, responsive real estate website based on a design I've already created (provided in PDF format, originally made in PowerPoint).

The website must be in Portuguese (main language), and also support English. I will personally provide all the Portuguese content and assist with translations for English if needed.

Main Requirements:

Fully responsive website (desktop, tablet, mobile)

Animated homepage intro using scroll-based image transition (open/close effect)

Advanced property search with dropdown filter options (not a standard text input):

Property type (buy / rent / sell)

Typology, district, municipality, area, condition, price range, etc.

Property listing section (clean, animated UI)

Individual property detail page with all relevant data and a contact form

Newsletter subscription form

Full site structure, including:

Home

About Us

Properties (Buy / Rent)

Property Detail

Areas

Services

Contact

Additional Requirement:

Integration with IDX / MLS platforms for listing synchronization.

What I Will Provide:

Final design in PDF format (exported from PowerPoint)

Clear structure and content for each page

Full Portuguese content and support with translation into English

Preferred Technologies (not mandatory):

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vanilla or Vue.js / React)

Animation libraries like GSAP / ScrollTrigger or alternatives

Static or dynamic frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt.js, etc.)

WordPress (customized), if it fits the project scope

Timeline:

Ideal delivery within 10–15 days after project start
