I am looking for a developer or team with proven experience to develop a cloud-based Email Marketing software, similar to Mailchimp or Sendinblue.

The system should allow management of campaigns, contact lists, automations, and reporting, with sending through Amazon SES.

Functional Requirements:

Contact list management and segmentation

Campaign creation, scheduling, and sending

Template editor (preferably drag & drop)

Reporting: opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes

Technical configuration: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

Admin panel and user roles

Modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interface

Important Conditions (Non-Negotiable):

I want to have full control of the software, including:

Root/server/database access

Full source code without restrictions

Control over the infrastructure hosting the system

I want the ability to scale and commercialize the system in the future.
The system must allow future integrations with additional services (e.g., WhatsApp Marketing, SMS, CRM, invoicing, etc.).
