Deploy Video Platform Stack

I already have a full Stack file for Channel-U.TV—widgets, plugins, transcoding modules, revenue-capture code, everything. What I need now is a seasoned engineer who can take that bundle and make it live on my own domain and server.

Environment details
• The server is registered with 123reg and currently inactive.
• Our web-server should work and cover Windows and Mac and offer a seamless migration or if IIS or another option will prove more stable.

Scope of work
1. Unpack and deploy the complete Stack to the domain, ensuring every video and image feature behaves exactly as intended.
2. Optimise performance so streaming, uploads, and user interactions stay smooth and error-free.
3. Configure and verify the built-in revenue catcher so monetisation begins immediately after launch.
4. Harden security and document the final deployment steps so my internal team can maintain the platform.

Acceptance criteria
• All core pages load without 4xx/5xx errors.
• Video upload, transcoding, playback, and image posting run flawlessly across desktop and mobile.
• Ad-unit or subscription hooks in the revenue catcher report events to the dashboard.
• A succinct hand-off document (or screencast) outlines server settings, cron or task-scheduler entries, and rollback instructions.
