Dental Lab Web & Dashboard

Job ID: 40111288

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m ready to build a two-part online presence for my dental laboratory and I need it up and running within a month. The public-facing marketing site must present a clean, professional, healthcare-appropriate image while adapting gracefully to mobile screens. It will cover Home, Services / Indications, How to Send a Case, About, and Contact pages. Visual simplicity, clear typography, and a trustworthy tone are top priorities; every section should load fast and feel reassuring to dentists and patients alike.

The heart of the project is a secure, HIPAA-aware* dashboard that serves both dentists and our internal admin team with equal weight.

Dentist experience
• Account login and profile management
• Guided case-submission form capturing case type, material, shade, notes, and STL file uploads
• Real-time case list with status tags and a detail view that displays history and messages
• Case-level messaging so our technicians and the dentist stay in context
• Self-service download of invoices and monthly statements in PDF

Admin experience
• Global view of every case across all dentists
• Ability to assign or reassign cases to partner labs, set pricing, internal costs, and optional deposits
• Quick status updates that immediately reflect on the dentist side
• Automatic generation of invoices and statements (PDF)
• Full dentist account management (create, edit, deactivate)

Tech expectations
The stack is flexible—React, Vue, or a clean Laravel/Next.js blend is fine—as long as the interface stays snappy and responsive. File uploads should comfortably handle large STL files, and the database structure must allow future growth into multi-location practices. Please keep security, audit logging, and role-based access control in mind throughout.

Deliverables to mark completion
1. Live marketing website deployed to my domain with SSL enabled
2. Fully functional, mobile-responsive dentist and admin dashboards on a subdomain
3. Source code in a private Git repo with clear setup instructions
4. Short loom or written walkthrough showing the key workflows
5. One round of post-launch tweaks during the first week

If you have dental, medical, or lab workflow experience, that’s a bonus, but I value clean code, thoughtful UX, and strong communication most. Let me know which framework you propose and how you’ll keep us on track for the four-week timeline.

*If you normally work to HIPAA or similar standards, please note that in your reply so we can align on exact compliance steps.
