On-Demand Merch Design Website

I need a fully-functional website that lets shoppers create their own T-shirts, hoodies, and caps in real time. The flow I have in mind is similar to Vistaprint: customers choose a product template, upload a logo or graphic, add their own text, preview the result instantly, then check out in the same session.

Key requirements
• Interactive designer – drag-and-drop, live preview on each garment style.
• Image/text handling – users must be able to upload artwork (PNG, JPG, SVG), resize, rotate, and layer it with custom text in multiple fonts.
• E-commerce – secure checkout, cart, order tracking, and automatic order email confirmations.
• Print-ready output – when an order is placed, the system should generate high-resolution files
• Mobile responsiveness – the designer and storefront must work smoothly on phones and tablets.

I’m open to your recommendation on tech stack: Shopify with Printful/Printify apps, WooCommerce + Fancy Product Designer, React + custom backend, or another solution if you can prove it will scale and stay maintainable.

Deliverable
A launch-ready site with the designer, three live products (T-shirt, hoodie, cap) connected to payments and fulfillment. Please include a short hand-off guide so I can add new items later.
